I am very satisfied with my windows. The workmen did a beautiful job with the framing. The brick mold shape works well with my narrow frames. The loaded glass window worked better with the longer measurement, as the white frame on top is hidden by shade & trim over the sink, so the hidden bottom frame fits even better.

Once I touch up paint around my windows, you could use pictures of my windows for promotion if you want. Thanks so much."

We ordered 8 windows from your company and had them installed on April 4th, 2007. Your installer, Dave, showed up on time that morning and proceeded to work all day to get the job done. Dave was very professional, courteous to my questions, a very customer-service type of guy. I was very impressed that he worked the job solo, and cleaned up after himself leaving no mess behind.

Also Art, your suggestion we go with a “picture” window in our back living room versus replacing with a split window that was there, since we never opened them. Thrilled about the change. Looks great.

I want to say a big thank you for my new windows! Your team went above and beyond all my expectations in regards to the window process. Being a single female, I had to research windows and installation by myself. Other contractors/window companies had come out to give me quotes and most were more than willing to sell me unnecessary things such as full screens, triple pane, etc. When Art came out he was very fair and gave me options to keep my costs low and didn’t try to up sell unnecessary things to me. When the installation date came, the expected arrival time for the crew was between 9-11. I got a hold of my mom who went to my house to take pictures of the new window installation about 11:30 that day. She called me and said thank goodness she had gotten there since the crew was almost done installing all the windows. I couldn’t believe it and half expected to return home to a shoddy job. You guys certainly didn’t disappoint, because when I returned home the windows were so much better than expected. I am so impressed with the process and how Art worked with me to insure I got the grids & look of the windows I wanted. You guys blew the competition away in pricing, service, and didn’t cadger me into making a decision I didn’t feel comfortable with. Thank you again for everything!
