About Arthur
Born and raised in Green Bay, he ventured out into the big ol’ world after graduating Southwest High School via the United States Air Force. After numerous years of service, life, and everything in between, Art made his way back home to Green Bay. While working for a (now closed) local window replacement company, Art searched for an opportunity to provide affordable solutions for homeowners’ window and door needs. His search ended with Window World, to which he has been the President of the Green Bay location since opening in 2002. Art and his team take great pride in Window World’s affordable and elegant home improvement solutions without the high-pressure sales strategies.
Art’s passion, aside from Window World, is his faith, ever growing family, and classic cars – though his family questions whether the grandbabies or the cars are more important! Word of caution, if you ask about his cars, the appointment will most definitely last longer than the quoted 30-to-45-minute time frame!

About Scotty
The ultimate "homeboy," Scotty lives in the house he grew up in (he'd like to say he owns it, but the bank would disagree), just a mile north of Lambeau Field. Less adventurous than his long-time friend Window World of Green Bay owner, Art Lane, Scotty spent all but a couple of years in Green Bay. Scotty is married to his beautiful bride, Laura, has three wonderful, grown children and loves everything Green Bay has to offer!
In 2001, while Art visited Scotty in his home one day between appointments for a local window company, Art expressed his desire to find a company that could provide "this quality window at half the price." Within a couple of months, Art found such a company - Window World. Because of Scotty's experience in retail management, he offered to help Art during the home show in spring of 2003... and again in 2004. Once vowing to "never work in retail again," Scotty's mind was changed when he fell in love with every aspect of Window World.
Scotty allows Window World to schedule late afternoon and evening appointments for sales and services. Scotty's amazing talents are utilized by an area radio station (since 1994) and require the highest level of integrity; Scotty brings that integrity to every appointment, thanks to the high standard of customer service required by both Art and the Window World Corporation.

The whole process went very well. From the estimate, timeframe, and installation. Installers were great! Full house was installed in less than an day. Interior and exterior trim look fantastic, and they left no mess. One window had a slight defect in between the panes, the warranty is true to their word and it’s being replaced with no hassle.
