Salesman Rick was thorough and answered all ?'s day of sale & followup calls. He was up-front about everything, walked me through all the steps
Installer Scott was awesome! (I do not use that word lightly) Scott was prompt, worked very hard ALL day. Put in an 11¾ hr day over ½ the day worked all alone (all the removal & initial installation i.e. lifting by himself) Scott did a very neat, clean job, picking up as he went. Didn't leave a scrap of anything, anywhere. He gave us perfect miters on the inside corner trim work. P.S. He had a great playlist and kept the sound at a very reasonable level.

We heard about Window World from Q90fm and are glad we chose them to replace our full house of windows & doors. They look & work great! It was far from an easy job to get them to that point, as most were inoperable and quite rough to start with. Dave is very knowledgeable about structure & overcame all the problems he came across, including only being able to access the upper windows & 2 sliding doors via a narrow spiral staircase. June quickly became my young daughter’s friend and her kindness to her will not be forgotten. Thank you!
