I had 12 windows replaced in May of 2023. They had all 12 done in a day. Did it take them a year to get here yes...but that is not their fault. I don't care. My windows are amazing and ty and the other guy that came were great. I feel the difference in my house already with the ac and heater. I will absolutely use them for the rest of my windows and doors. We can't help people are short staffed. Thank you window world! I am very happy!!!!

From the moment Art arrived to discuss our project to when we waved goodbye to our installers we had nothing less than exceptional service. The open and honest communication was a breath of fresh air compared to several other companies we entertained. Sacha was as friendly and professional as one can get. Art was informative and his expert advice was appreciated. The installers, Brandon and Grant were unbelievable. They were so nice and professional. They were efficient and very mindful of our home. Professional Installers at more than reasonable prices. All the other companies out there wanted to charge 10 grand more. Window World was on time, on point, and on budget. We used them for our parsonage windows and they look amazing! We would hire them again in a heartbeat. Shoutout to the third party installers- Lifelong Window & Doors LLC - Excellent job done installing our windows. They are located in the Shawano, Wisconsin area. Look them up for any work you need done.

Art and his associates did a fantastic job measuring,and installing new windows in our home.Knowing my husband was truly anxious for new windows, they rushed his order through because he was dying of cancer.But,he passed away the day the windows arrived. This is the first winter in five years of owning this home, that I have not not had frost on windows throughout my home. I have reccomended them to everyone I know. Truly #one company.
